Modern Commercial and Real Estate Photography

My approach to commercial photography is rooted in the classical darkroom tradition. I do not believe in heavy digital manipulation or artificial sky replacements. Instead, I focus on capturing the space as it exists, using precise timing and light to highlight the architectural intent.

The Process

• Planning: Every shoot begins with a deep look at the space. I analyze how natural light moves across the structure to ensure we shoot during the optimal golden hour or twilight windows.
• Technique: I use professional full-frame cameras combined with tilt-shift lenses. This is essential for controlling perspective and preventing the 'falling building' effect that standard lenses often produce in tight or tall spaces.
• Post-Production: My editing process centers on dodging and burning. This allows me to selectively enhance contrast and bring out textures in materials like marble, steel, or glass without making the final output look like a 3D rendering.

I treat every project as a visual story rather than just a commercial task. Whether you are showcasing a luxury resort or a corporate office, the images are processed to communicate high-end quality. I am based in Gurgaon but travel across India for larger projects. All assignments include a pre-shoot walkthrough to identify key vantage points, ensuring we capture the most impactful angles of your property.
