I don't believe in shortcuts. In my academy, we focus on the science of makeup, hands-on practice, and the real-world skills you need to build a career.

Live feedback during a practical session. I'm correcting my student's tightlining technique. It's a small detail, but getting it right is crucial for a clean, professional eye makeup look.

A student asks about the difference between Kryolan's Supra and Derma palettes. I explain that Supra is a creamy, hydrating formula for dry skin, while Derma is a mattifying formula for oily skin. Understanding product science is key.

The stickier the moisturizer, the better the base. I explain the science to my students: a tacky moisturizer grips the foundation, creating a long-lasting, flawless base that doesn't move.

Not every eye shape is suited for a cut crease. I'm teaching my students how to identify the right eye shapes, like protruding or almond eyes, for this technique to ensure the makeup is flattering and visible.

A glimpse into a masterclass at the academy. Students get a clear, close-up view of my techniques on a live screen as I demonstrate a full look, explaining every step.

What you see is what you get. I pride myself on posting my real, unfiltered work so students and clients know the quality they can expect. This is me working on a client, no filters, just technique.

A behind-the-scenes moment of me working on a Haldi bride's hair. I teach my students not just makeup, but also basic hairstyling to complete a bridal look.

Getting a Haldi bride ready at a destination wedding in Igatpuri. This video shows the initial steps of brow work, a fundamental part of framing the face for any bridal look.

A close-up of my hands at work during a sangeet glam session in Igatpuri. My students learn to work with precision, even when creating sparkling, glamorous looks.

Behind the scenes with a beautiful Maharashtrian bride. This is a candid moment showing the fun and relaxed atmosphere I create, even while focusing on perfecting the look.

About From Student to Pro: In-Class Training

When I'm correcting a student's work, I often look for one thing: are they tightlining first? If you don't, you'll get shimmer fallout all over the base you just spent an hour perfecting. These small, technical choices are exactly what separate a hobbyist from a professional, and that is what we fix together in every session at my Goregaon studio.
