About this collection
We build these structures on a solid mild steel frame designed to last, so you do not have to worry about the structure shifting or rusting in the monsoon. Since every roof is unique, we do not use cookie-cutter kits; we measure your specific terrace or backyard, then fabricate custom insulated panels to fit perfectly, ensuring you get a climate-controlled room that actually feels like a permanent part of your home.
Building an extra room on your terrace usually sounds like a headache involving bricks, cement, and months of waiting. That is not how we do things. Our approach is built on a 'turnkey' model, meaning we handle the structure, the insulation, and the internal fit-outs in a fraction of the time.
The Build Quality

- Framework: Everything starts with a heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) box pipe frame treated with an anti-rust coating.
- Insulation: We use 50mm to 75mm Aerocon Sandwich panels or PUF-insulated roofing. This isn't just for privacy; it creates a genuine thermal break that keeps the room cool in summer and cozy during winter.
- Finishing: Depending on your preference, we finish exteriors with treated pine wood planks for a cabin look, or sleek Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) for a modern, minimalist vibe.
Customization vs. Cookie-Cutter
You will not find standard 'pre-fab' boxes here. If you want a glass sunroom with floor-to-ceiling toughened glass, we install a matte black MS structure with proper ventilation provisions. If you prefer a rustic cottage, we work with laminated wooden flooring, gypsum ceilings, and concealed electrical wiring that supports full AC load.
