- Decking Accents: Interlocking WPC or Acacia wooden deck tiles used to create borders or pathways.
- Finish: White polished river pebbles used for edge detailing and gap filling.
Verticals & Ceiling
- Green Wall: One feature wall (approx. 5ft x 8ft) covered in high-density, UV-resistant artificial foliage panels.
- Ceiling Accents: Wooden or WPC louvers/rafters installed on a portion of the ceiling or wall for warmth.
Furniture & Lighting
- Seating: Inclusion of one single-seater hanging swing (cane/wicker style) with necessary hooks.

- Raised Deck: Metal sub-frame system topped with Thermopine (heat-treated pine) or WPC decking planks.

- Masonry Seating: Construction of permanent L-shaped brick/concrete benches.

Civil Construction
