About Our Construction Process
We don’t just decorate; we build. From welding the Mild Steel (MS) frame for your pergola to installing raised Thermopine decking and setting up waterproof LED lighting, we handle the entire civil work on-site. You see the structure go up, ensuring the layout works perfectly for your specific rooftop or balcony shape without needing to hire separate contractors.
How We Manage Your Project
We operate on a turnkey basis, meaning we handle the mess, the materials, and the execution from start to finish. Our process is designed to minimize the stress of construction on your property.
1. Site Planning and Design Every project starts with a visit to your home. We measure your balcony or terrace, assess the existing flooring and water drainage, and discuss how you want to use the space—whether it is a party spot, a quiet Zen retreat, or a home office.
2. Structural Fabrication This is where we do the heavy lifting. We fabricate custom Mild Steel (MS) structures for pergolas and gazebos right at your site. We use high-grade PU or Duco paint for rust protection, so your outdoor setup stays solid regardless of the weather in Delhi NCR.
3. Decking and Foundations We lay down raised decks using heat-treated Thermopine or WPC planks. This creates a level foundation over your existing flooring, which allows us to conceal drainage pipes and integrate LED profile lighting into the steps or edges.
4. Electricals and Finishing We set up waterproof electrical points for your bar station, sound system, or lighting. Finally, we add the details that make the space liveable—vertical green walls for privacy, granite countertops for bars, and durable outdoor upholstery.
