About Custom Anarkalis & Dresses
I don't just stitch, I make sure the length and fit are spot on because that is what makes an outfit work. Whether you want a heavy festive Anarkali or a breezy daily-wear frock, we will sit down, pick the right fabric, and I will handle the rest with my Juki machines right here in my workshop.
Kapde pehno toh dil se pehno (if you wear clothes, wear them with heart) is my mantra. When you come to me for a custom Anarkali or dress, we start with your vision. I help you pick the fabric—Georgette, Rayon, Cotton, or Crepe—and discuss the design.
My stitching process is all about durability and comfort. I use soft butter crepe or cotton for linings so you never feel itchy. For those heavier festive pieces, I use canvas (bukram) in the necklines to keep the shape sharp and add handmade latkans (tassels) for that extra flair.
We will do at least one round of fitting trials in my workshop to ensure the bust and waist are perfect. If you want specific details like bell sleeves, puff sleeves, or potli buttons, just let me know. I also leave 1-2 inches of margin inside so you can easily alter the fit later. Whether it's a simple printed frock or a heavy embroidered festive suit, my goal is to give you something that fits like a glove and feels comfortable all day long.
