About Rental-Ready Kitchen Transformations
In most properties, the kitchen is the primary factor that tenants use to judge a home's overall quality. Rather than just surface-level updates, we look at the flow and vertical space. In our recent projects, we have successfully expanded 80 sqft kitchens into 150 sqft workspaces by reconfiguring adjacent utility areas, installing integrated appliance garages, and choosing neutral, high-durability finishes that feel premium but are easy for tenants to maintain.

Smart Storage Solutions: Clutter is the enemy of a clean-looking kitchen. We integrate appliance garages to house microwaves and toasters, keeping the countertops completely clear. Vertical space is maximized with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and cabinets, while glass-fronted uppers allow tenants to display items without the kitchen looking crowded.
The Gurgaon Expansion Project: In a recent project in Gurgaon, we faced an 80 sqft kitchen that felt closed-off. By expanding into an underutilized servant’s room, we doubled the footprint to 150 sqft. This allowed us to introduce a U-shaped layout, providing ample prep space and a dedicated cooking zone with a modern chimney. We finished the look with matte subway tiles and warm strip lighting, transforming a cramped corner into the centerpiece of the home.
Pricing & Scope: Our rental-ready fit-outs are priced between ₹1100 and ₹1450 per sq. ft. This package includes everything from civil work and wall realignments to lighting, modular woodwork, and stone countertops.
