About Outdoor & Large Venue Setups
Outdoor setups need to be sturdy to handle the wind and space. I use weighted bases for all my balloon arches and secure backdrops so they stay perfectly in place for the whole party. I do not just inflate balloons; I make sure the structure is solid for your specific venue.
When you pick a large venue, the decoration needs to be big enough to make an impact. I bring 6x6ft metal ring frames, shimmer walls, and light-up numbers that actually fill the space. If you are doing an outdoor party, I plan for the conditions. I ensure I have a stable surface for the backdrop and a power source for the neon lights and marquee numbers. I manage the whole process, from bringing the materials to dismantling the setup after the event. You just need to show me where you want the main stage or the entrance arch. I work across Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon, so wherever your venue is, I will be there on time with everything ready to go.
