When you book a teddy bear setup, I bring the entire kit—neon signs, teddy props, and the backdrop frame. I typically arrive 2 hours before your event to hand-assemble the organic balloon garlands on-site because that is the only way to get the density and shape you see in my gallery.

My Setup Process
I do not use generic, pre-made balloon bunches. Each 'Beary' cute setup is built on-site.
- Backdrop: We use iron frames that provide a solid base for the decor, allowing for a mix of balloon garlands, neon signage like 'Oh Baby' or 'We Can Bearly Wait', and custom name cutouts.
- Balloon Art: I use high-quality latex in matte and chrome finishes to create that organic, flowing look.
- Props: I include plush teddy bears and wicker baskets that look like hot-air balloons. These are popular for table centerpieces or as main stage highlights.
Planning Your Event
I cover all of Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Pitampura. If you have a specific color palette in mind—like beige and gold for a sophisticated look or baby blue and pink for a traditional feel—let me know beforehand. I can match the balloons and foil accents to suit your exact preference.
For the best results, clear the area where you want the backdrop installed. If you are having a home party, ensure there is a clean wall or space for me to mount the frame safely.
