- Smart Lock Unit: 1 Unit Qubo Smart Door Lock (Essential or Ultra model). Aluminum/Zinc Alloy body in Black or Copper finish.
- Lock Body: Stainless steel mortise lock body for wooden doors (35mm-50mm thickness).
- Accessories: 2 RFID Access Cards/Tags and 2 Mechanical Emergency Backup Keys.
- Power: Initial set of 4-8 AA Alkaline Batteries.
Installation & Labor
- Carpentry: Cutting and drilling of existing wooden door to fit the new mortise slot.
- Setup: Reversible handle adjustment (Left/Right) and hole covering if applicable within plate dimensions.
- App Configuration: Pairing lock with Qubo mobile app (requires 2.4GHz Wi-Fi).
- Training: On-site tutorial for Admin PIN, guest OTPs, and fingerprint registration.
