- NVR Unit: 4-Channel Network Video Recorder with PoE support for centralized power and data management.
- Storage: 1x 2TB Surveillance-Grade HDD (WD Purple/Seagate Skyhawk) providing approx 15-20 days of continuous recording loop.

- App Control: Configuration of Hik-Connect for live remote viewing on smartphones.
- AI Analytics: Setup of Motion Detection, Line Crossing, and Intruder Alerts with push notifications.
- Playback: Training on retrieving and exporting footage remotely.

- Wiring: Up to 90 meters of CAT6 High-Speed Ethernet cable in PVC conduits.

- Lock Hardware: Yale Premium Mortise Smart Door Lock (YDM Series or equivalent).
- 5-Way Access: Unlocks via Biometric Fingerprint, PIN Code, RFID Card, Mechanical Key, and Mobile App.
- Wi-Fi Bridge: Includes gateway module for remote unlocking via internet.
Video Door Phone (VDP)
- Indoor Station: 7-inch Touchscreen Color Monitor wall-mounted inside.
- Outdoor Station: Weatherproof Doorbell Camera with Night Vision and Two-way Audio.
- Security: Visitor snapshot recording and pre-screening via indoor monitor.
Installation & Services
- Carpentry: Precision mortising of existing wooden main door to fit the lock body.
- Electrical: Concealed wiring between outdoor camera unit and indoor screen.
- Syncing: App pairing for both devices and battery installation (4x AA).
Automated Swing Gate System (Double Leaf)

- Motors: 2x Electro-mechanical Linear Arm Actuators rated for 300kg-400kg per leaf (IP44/IP54 rated).
- Control Unit: Smart Control Board housed in a weather-resistant IP55 enclosure.
- Safety Sensors: 1 Pair of Photocells to auto-reverse the gate if obstacles are detected.
- Alerts: 1x LED Flasher lamp indicating gate operation.

- Override: 2x Emergency release keys for manual operation during power cuts.
