When we plan these featured setups, we look at the venue space first. Whether it is a compact apartment balcony or a sprawling banquet hall, our main challenge is balancing the balloon volume with props so the room looks full but not cramped. We typically use 6ft or 8ft backdrops to ensure your photos pop without eating up the entire dance floor.
Every project you see here represents a specific challenge we solved. Maybe it was blending a Boss Baby theme with butterflies for a joint birthday, or figuring out how to fit a jungle safari setup into a limited living room space. We don't believe in cookie-cutter decorations. Instead, we start by understanding what your kid is into right now—whether that is Cocomelon, space travel, or mermaids—and build the setup around it.
Our process revolves around the 'big three': the backdrop, the balloons, and the props. We use printed flex backdrops to define the theme, then frame them with organic balloon garlands to add depth and color. We add light-up marquee numbers and custom cutouts to give the setup that 'wow' factor without needing a massive budget.
We know that Bengaluru venues have their own quirks, from low ceilings to pillar placements. That is why we are hands-on during setup.
