About Special Events & Celebrations
When you book for events, we clear the standard layout to give you maximum floor space. We keep the sound system ready to go and arrange seating for up to 20 people, making it easy to shift from a high-energy dance floor to a casual gathering spot.
Hosting a successful event needs more than just space. It needs the right energy. Whether you are planning a themed dance workshop, a children's birthday party, or a seasonal festive night like our Garba events, the studio is designed to adapt. The 600-800 sq ft area gives you enough room to move, and our professional sound setup ensures the music hits right.
We have specific zones for performers and audience seating. If you are hosting a workshop, the track lighting helps focus the attention on the instructor. For social events, we adjust the mood lighting to keep things lively. We also handle the practical side—water, AC, and a chill-out corner—so you can focus on the party. We have hosted everything from intimate community gatherings to larger festive celebrations here in Sahakar Nagar.
