My Daily Vlogs: Real Life, Real Fitness Journeys
I don't just show the gym wins. See how I balance business meetings, travel, temple visits, and my health through the lens of my daily routine.
Day 2: A look into how I structure my day, starting with meditation and planning. It was a busy day with calls and project work, but I made time for a lower body and mobility workout, chose a healthy meal out, and ended the day with my coaching calls and feeding my dog Kalu.
Day 3: Juggling a full-day online business class with my fitness routine. I follow an 80/20 principle with my food, eating healthy 80% of the time and enjoying my favorite food, like a shawarma today, for the other 20%. It's about balance, not deprivation.
Day 4: Some days are tough. My body was tired and muscles were sore, but I still showed up for a shoulder and mobility workout. Pushing through on the hard days is what builds true mental and physical strength.
Day 5: Rest is not a weakness; it's a crucial part of the process. Today was a rest day focused on recovery with a massage gun to soothe sore muscles. Even on rest days, I ensure I get my steps in, hitting almost 11,500 steps.
Days 6, 7, & 8: Inspired by the book 'Deep Work', I checked into a hotel for a focused work session, completely cut off from distractions. I managed to get a month's worth of work done in two days, while still fitting in my meals and workouts.
Day 9: The start of Navratri meant adapting my diet to no non-veg, onion, or garlic. This video shows how I incorporate my spiritual practices with my fitness goals, visiting a temple after my lower body workout.
Day 10: Another day balancing my online business course with my meals and workout. Even with a packed schedule, I made sure to hit the gym for a chest, arms, and core session after my classes were done.
Day 11: A progress check shows a 700-gram loss in 10 days. Today was a gym rest day, but I still stayed active with an 11,000-step walk. It's about consistency in daily movement, not just intense gym sessions.
Day 12: A mentally exhausting day learning to build dashboards in my technical class. Despite the fatigue, I made sure not to skip my shoulder workout. Staying active is a non-negotiable part of my routine.
Day 13: A day of deep work, a solid arms workout, and enjoying the beautiful rainy weather. This vlog shows a typical day of balancing work, a healthy lunch of chapati and paneer, and my evening routine.
About My Daily Vlogs: The Real Journey
You will notice that I do not live in a gym. My vlogs capture the messy, real days—back-to-back business calls, travel, and the occasional fatigue. I use the 80/20 rule to manage my nutrition, which means that even when I am dining out or working long hours, I stay on track without crashing. It is about sustainable habits that fit into a busy life, not just counting calories.
My vlogs are not just a highlight reel. They are a documentation of the Health Kundali approach in action. When you watch these, you aren't seeing a perfect fitness athlete—you are seeing a regular person trying to optimize their biological clock.
Why I document the process
Most people fail because their fitness plan is a separate, stressful project. My goal is to show you how to integrate health into your existing schedule. Whether it is adapting a workout because I only have 20 minutes, or choosing a healthy option at a restaurant during a business trip, I show the decision-making process.
What you will find in these vlogs:
- Life Integration: See how I handle work-from-home days, business mastery classes, and travel without guilt.
- The 80/20 Principle: I eat healthy 80% of the time. The other 20%? That is for shawarma, comfort food, and joy. It is how you stay sane.
- Compassion & Mindset: You will see me feeding street dogs like Kalu and Goldy. My journey is not just about weights and measurements; it is about finding purpose and joy, which are critical for hormone balance.
- Navratri & Spiritual Practice: I share how I adapt my nutrition and discipline during festivals, keeping my commitment to my body while honoring my spiritual needs.
The Takeaway
If you are tired of generic, one-size-fits-all coaching, my vlogs give you a preview of how I work. I use data, biology, and real-life constraints to create a plan that works for you, not against you. If you like what you see, let’s talk about your own routine.
