A common challenge in living room design is balancing a grand look with daily storage. In projects like these, we often use floating TV units with marble-laminate finishes and integrated fluted paneling. This choice removes visual weight from the floor, making the room feel larger while providing exactly the right amount of hidden storage for your everyday essentials.
Your living and dining area is the center of your home. It needs to handle morning coffees, evening guests, and everything in between. We focus on open-plan layouts that make your apartment feel spacious, even in busy city homes where every square foot counts.
Our process starts by understanding your specific needs. Do you need a dedicated dining zone? Should the living room flow into a workspace? We map this out in our 3D visualizations before we touch a single wall. For furniture, we often suggest custom floating units for the TV area. We use Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) plywood and high-gloss or matte laminates for all woodwork, ensuring your units stand up to daily use. For lighting, we move away from standard fixtures. We manage the entire project ourselves, from the initial floor plan to the final paint touch-ups. This removes the stress of coordinating with different vendors.
