Candid Landscape and Travel Photography Journeys
I do not stage my shots or force poses. Whether it is a mountain pass or a quiet morning in the valley, I capture the journey exactly as it happens.
An early morning in the Kashmir valley. A shepherd guides his flock through the misty fields, a simple, timeless scene that captures the serene beauty of rural landscape photography.
A wider perspective of the Kashmiri landscape, showing the relationship between the pastoral life and the homes nestled near the fields.
A slightly different composition of the shepherd and his flock, emphasizing the morning haze and the vastness of the valley.
A video capturing the feeling of driving on a winding road through a foggy, pine-covered mountain pass. This is the kind of moody atmosphere I love to document.
The view from my Royal Enfield Himalayan on an open highway. For me, the journey itself is the destination, and biking is a core part of my travel philosophy.
A video from my window seat on a SpiceJet flight, showing the wing cutting through the air with the majestic Himalayas in the background. Travel provides a change in perspective, literally.
About this collection
My landscape photography is about capturing the raw vibe of a place, not just the postcard view. I do not use artificial lighting or staged posing, because I want to show you the mist in the valley, the dust on the road, and the real atmosphere of the mountains. This is documentary-style work, meaning what you see in my gallery is exactly how I shoot.
Whether I am on my Royal Enfield or catching a flight, my kit stays light so I can react instantly to the environment. I use a mix of mirrorless and DSLR cameras to get that moody, candid look, whether it is a sunrise in Kashmir or the highway stretch on the way to a shoot. For clients, this means I offer documentary-style sessions rather than traditional photo shoots. I have a half-day narrative package for short location captures and a full-day chronicle if you need a deeper visual story. I deliver high-res files with my signature moody color grading in about 5 to 7 days for shorter sessions, or up to 10 days for full-day essays. If you want to license existing images, I have stock bundles ready for digital use as well. I keep things simple, real, and always on the move.
