About The Mor Decor Process: Consultation to Installation
Transparency is at the heart of how we work. Before any piece leaves our workshop, we invite you for a personal quality check. You can see the finish, test the drawers, and inspect the upholstery yourself, ensuring that what you receive matches exactly what you envisioned.
Your journey with us is built on direct communication and visibility. We operate our own manufacturing unit in Delhi, which means there are no middlemen and no vague timelines.
The Consultation Phase
It starts at our Kirti Nagar showroom. We do not believe in pushing catalogs. Instead, we sit down with you to understand your space, your needs, and your design preferences. Whether you have a rough sketch or just an idea of the vibe you want, we turn that into a concrete plan.
Manufacturing and Transparency
Once the design is locked, our team starts fabrication in our Kirti Nagar unit. We handle everything in-house, from structural framing using commercial ply and solid wood to the final upholstery. You are never left wondering about the status of your order. We provide regular updates as your piece takes shape.
The Quality Check
This is the most important part of our process. We do not ship products blindly. We invite you to our factory floor before delivery. You get to touch the fabric, check the foam density, and verify the wood quality. If you spot something that needs adjustment, we handle it right there. This ensures that when the furniture arrives at your home, it is exactly as you expected, with zero surprises.
