So much of the advice out there is just wrong. I believe in keeping things simple and real. In this video, I break down some of the biggest nutrition myths I hear, especially about carbs and fats, so you can feel confident in your food choices.

My journey from being a Chartered Accountant to a fitness coach wasn't planned. I was a working mom who felt stretched and unhealthy. Taking control of my own health changed my life, and now I help other women do the same.

It's important to me to share what I've learned. I was happy to be a guest on Wom Talks to discuss my journey and my approach to holistic fitness, which includes everything from diet consultation and yoga to weight training and pilates.

Festivals should be about joy, not food stress. I often do live sessions, like this one on "Fitness in Festival Season," to give practical tips on how to enjoy special occasions without derailing your health goals.
