The Making Of The Magic: Our Design Process
Creating visual magic is not just about the final reveal. Here is a glimpse into the late nights, custom installations, and technical details that make your event one of a kind.
This is what it really takes. My team knows I'll ask for anything to get the perfect look, whether it's installing grass on walls or adjusting a single flower. This is a glimpse into the hard work and passion that goes into every single project.
About The Making Of The Magic
Ever wonder how that perfect floral wall stays put or why a centerpiece looks so life-like? It is not magic—it is hours of structural planning, on-site problem-solving, and a team that is used to me asking for the impossible. From sourcing the exact shade of marigold to custom-mounting heavy props at midnight in a mall atrium, we do the heavy lifting so you only see the perfection.
We believe that the beauty of an event lies in the details that guests do not realize were planned. Whether we are transforming a retail facade for a brand launch or setting up a 20ft festive installation in a mall atrium, the process remains the same. It starts with a concept—maybe a vintage Victorian look for a fashion pop-up—and ends with my team asking, 'Madam ji, ye kaise hoga?' (Madam, how will this be done?). That question is usually my cue that we are on the right track.
We prioritize structural integrity, especially for commercial spaces. Using fire-retardant materials, secure mounting for heavy fiber props, and ensuring our electricals for neon signage are concealed is standard practice. For our festive projects, we build for 30-day durability in high-traffic AC environments, which means choosing shatterproof ornaments and reinforced base platforms. It is labor-intensive work, but seeing the final result—where tradition meets modern, immersive design—makes the requests worth it.
