Grand Festive Installations for Malls and Commercial Spaces
We transform open atriums and retail facades into immersive worlds. Whether it's a festive season or a brand activation, we build high-impact structures that get people to stop, stare, and take photos.
The centerpiece for the Atria Mall's holiday celebration. This Christmas tree installation combined traditional decor with a modern twist, featuring a custom neon sign that lit up the space with festive cheer.
A video tour of the Christmas decor at Atria Mall. The design included a massive, fully decorated tree, glowing neon messages, and streams of festive lights, turning the mall's atrium into a winter wonderland.
The welcome arch for the Atria Mall was designed to be a spectacle in itself. I created an archway overflowing with festive garlands, candy canes, and a cascade of wrapped gift boxes, topped with Santa's sleigh for a playful touch.
This video captures the full scope of the festive mall decor. From the towering central tree to the grand entrance arch, every element was designed to work together to create a cohesive and magical holiday experience for all visitors.

Detail is key, even in large installations. This shot highlights the classic red and shimmering gold ornaments that adorned the tree, creating a rich texture and catching the light beautifully.
A pile of perfectly wrapped presents at the base of the tree. Using plaid and metallic wrapping papers, I styled these decorative gifts to enhance the traditional Christmas theme and complete the festive scene.
About Grand Festive Installations
When designing for high-traffic public spaces, the biggest challenge isn't just aesthetics, it is durability. We utilize weather-resistant finishes, shatterproof materials, and reinforced structural framing, ensuring these installations look as sharp on day 30 as they did on day one. If you see a neon sign or a cascading arch in our work, rest assured it has been engineered to handle the rush.
Creating large-scale festive installations is a different beast compared to private parties. In a mall atrium or retail lobby, the decor has to compete with architecture and intense footfall, so we don't just 'decorate'—we engineer an experience.
My approach starts with the flow of the space. Whether it is the Atria Mall holiday setup or a retail facade, I look at where the crowds naturally move. We then build custom structures, often incorporating neon typography or massive fiber props that act as a focal point.
We handle the entire lifecycle of the installation:
- Concept & Fabrication: Every prop is built to scale. If we promise a 20-foot tree, it is designed with a metal frame that supports the weight of ornaments and lights without sagging.
- Technical Safety: All wiring is concealed. We focus on fire-retardant fabrics and stable bases so guests are safe while taking their perfect holiday photo.
- Maintenance: Festive seasons last weeks, not hours. That is why our projects include scheduled visits for repairs. If a bauble drops or a light flickers, my team is on-site to fix it immediately, keeping the magic intact for the full duration.
From traditional festive motifs to modern, branded retail displays, we ensure the decor tells a story that fits your space. If you want an installation that brings people in and keeps them talking, let's talk about the logistics of making that happen.
