National Tournament Success: Our Team's Journey
We take our students beyond the dojo, testing their spirit and discipline on the national stage where hard work meets real competition.
The journey begins. My team and I are on our way to the national karate tournament in Tamil Nadu. The excitement is already building.
A selfie with my students at the railway station before we depart for the tournament. They are ready and motivated.
Another selfie with the team on the train. These long journeys are where the team bonding really happens. We are more than a team; we are a family.
The journey is long, but we keep our spirits high with games and fun. Here, students from the Delhi and UP teams are enjoying the train ride together.
A memorable shot of the boys during a stop on our train journey. The adventure is part of the whole tournament experience.
We arrived in Tiruppur and took a bus for the next leg of our journey. On the way, we were fortunate to visit a historic Shani temple.
The tournament banner on the streets of Udumalaipet, Tamil Nadu. Seeing this makes it all real. We are here to compete.
This is the "karma kshetra," the field of action. A first look at the tournament hall where my students will showcase their skills and hard work.
The trophies waiting for the champions. This is what everyone is fighting for. A symbol of dedication and victory.
Fueling up before the big day. The students are enjoying a traditional South Indian breakfast. Good food, good mood.
About National Tournament Success
It is not just about the match day, the real victory is the three-day train journey to Tamil Nadu where our Delhi team bonded with other state squads, shared local meals, and focused their minds before entering the 34th All India Full Contact Karate Tournament arena.
The journey from our Badarpur academy to the tournament hall in Udumalaipet, Tamil Nadu, was an experience that defined our team spirit. We travelled with students from UP and Uttarakhand, turning a long train ride into a shared learning experience. For our students, this was the 'karma kshetra', or the field of action, where every kata movement and kumite block they practiced in our dojo was put to the ultimate test. We emphasize that competition is the mirror of your training. Whether it is a brown belt performing a precision kata or our fighters engaging in full contact matches, the focus remains on discipline. We do not just train to win medals, we train to handle pressure, build stamina, and respect our opponents. This exposure to a national level environment helps students understand that karate is a lifestyle, not just a sport. If you are serious about competing and want to join a team that values hard work and consistent practice, we are ready to guide you through the process.
