About Mentorship and Professional Network
Mentorship here is not about observing from the sidelines. Many of my senior associates began their journey exactly where you are, joining as interns in our monthly batches. You gain hands-on experience with drafting legal notices and bail applications, ensuring you graduate from our program with a functional understanding of how cases are actually built in the Supreme Court.
The legal profession is built on relationships, not just academic knowledge. When you join our mentorship network, you enter an environment that values consistency and growth above all else. We operate on a work hard, play hard philosophy because legal excellence requires resilience and active participation.
During the 4-week program, you are not here to fetch coffee or organize files. You are here to learn how to research using SCC Online and Manupatra, draft legal documents, and assist with bail applications. You will be sitting with us at our Jangpura office, witnessing the day-to-day grind of a law firm. The goal is to strip away the theory and give you the raw, unfiltered experience of litigation.
Beyond the desk work, we integrate you into the court ecosystem. From shadowing hearings at the Supreme Court to networking with peers who will eventually become your co-counsel, this is about building a foundation for your entire career. If you are serious about practicing law, you need to understand that the transition from intern to associate is a pathway we actively build. We maintain small, structured batches to ensure everyone gets direct time with me and my team. If you bring the dedication, we provide the platform.

I treat mentorship as a public trust, focusing on the same philosophy I use in my own practice. I am looking for interns and mentees who are ready to work hard, take ownership of their files, and build a lasting legal career.
