Session Details
- Duration: 60-minute consultation slot with Adv. Mohnish Nirwan or a Senior Associate.
- Mode: Choice of Virtual (Zoom/Meet) or In-Office (Jangpura, South Delhi) meeting.

- CV Audit: Detailed review to remove fluff, fix formatting, and insert specific legal keywords used by boutique firms.
- Career Strategy: Assessment of Litigation vs Corporate fitment and verbal roadmap for targeting District or High Courts.

Supreme Court Shadowing Day
Access & Logistics
- Entry Pass: Facilitation of Visitor Entry Pass for the Supreme Court of India.
- Transport: Shared commute with the legal team from Jangpura office to Bhagwan Das Road and back.
- Court Entry: Access to specific courtrooms to witness live proceedings (subject to security/capacity).
The Experience
- Live Briefing: Real-time explanation of listed Item Numbers, bench background, and legal arguments.
- Networking: Introduction to associates and lunch/snacks at the Supreme Court canteen.
- Portfolio Building: Guided photo opportunity on the Supreme Court steps for professional branding.
4-Week Legal Mentorship Program
Infrastructure
- Workspace: Dedicated desk at Nirwan Legal Associates (Jangpura Extension) for 4 weeks.
- Schedule: Mon-Sat, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM strict office hours.
- Amenities: Access to office library, physical case files, high-speed Wi-Fi, and office beverages.
Training Modules
- Drafting: Hands-on instruction for Legal Notices, Vakalatnamas, and Bail Applications.
- Research: Training on effective usage of SCC Online and Manupatra.
- Court Craft: Periodic visits to Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, or District Courts based on listing.
Certification
- Mentorship: Minimum 2 performance review sessions directly with the Managing Partner.
- Credentials: Hard copy Certificate of Completion signed by the firm.
- LOR: Letter of Recommendation provided strictly upon exceptional performance.
