We operate our practice on a simple premise: you cannot excel in isolation. That is why our mentorship program emphasizes court craft alongside daily office life in Jangpura. Whether we are drafting bail applications or celebrating a team member's birthday, the goal is to ensure interns and associates feel supported rather than overwhelmed as they navigate the complexities of the Indian legal system.

Our mentorship program is not just about logging hours; it is about building a professional foundation. Associates and interns here are involved in everything from researching case laws on platforms like Manupatra to drafting critical legal notices and bail applications. We maintain a routine of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM to instill the discipline required for litigation, but we break that routine to ensure the team stays grounded. When you work with us, you are not just an intern filling out paperwork. You are part of a team that observes live proceedings at the Supreme Court, engages in case discussions, and values the camaraderie that keeps us going during long, demanding cases. This approach ensures that when you move on to your own practice or a corporate role, you carry with you not just a certificate, but the practical experience and confidence that only a supportive team can provide.
