About Mentorship for Law Students & Aspiring Lawyers
Real Talk, Not Lectures
I’m a lawyer who’s seen both the filmi (movie) version and the real grind of legal life. My mentorship is all about practical legal career advice, not textbook gyaan. You’ll hear the unfiltered truth - from hustling for internships to surviving the unpredictable hours and endless drafting. Sometimes, it’s lunch in the car at 4 PM and jokes about the chaos just to keep going.
From Internships to First Job
Starting out is tough - especially finding those first internships. My advice? Be shameless and send your CV everywhere. LinkedIn is your friend. First-years, try NGOs or legal journals to build writing skills. By fourth year, law internship mentorship becomes a must. Don’t shy away from paid internships if it means real exposure to drafting and practical skills.
I also share alerts on legal job vacancies and things nobody warns you about, like colleges barred by BCI. Specialized diplomas (Taxation, IPR, Media Law) help you stand out.
Law Exams: Strategy, Not Just Study
Cracking the AIBE is a big hurdle. I give AIBE exam preparation tips - like revising the index of bare acts and knowing exactly what you can carry into the exam hall. I’ll walk you through eligibility, exam centers, and even how to challenge answers if needed.
Bringing Books to Life
I make sure you get more than theory - free lectures on subjects like Law of Torts, new criminal laws, plus live Q&A sessions so you can ask about anything from career moves to exam hacks.
My Journey & Advice
I started out working with seniors before opening my own practice. The first years are tough - but as I always say, lage raho (keep at it).

My Story
Hi, Rohit here. People think being a lawyer is like full-on Bollywood drama, but bhai, asli zindagi mein toh kaafi struggle hai. Main daily court jaata hoon, dust on my shoes, late nights, but jab kisi ki help karta hoon aur woh khushi se dua deta hai, bas wahi meri real earning hai. Off-court? Cricket ka deewana, cafe explorer, foodie - 'pran jae par swad na jae'! Life mein thoda fun bhi zaruri hai, warna kya hi maza.
