What Drives Me
Main ek vakeel hoon, but my work goes way beyond just arguing in court. You'll find me at protests, standing with people who feel unheard, and using my voice to challenge those in power. For me, law isn’t just about rules - it's about justice for the aam insaan (common person).
Challenging Injustice
In our society, things like unfair school fees pushing students to extreme steps, or farmers struggling for basic rights, are too common. I use my legal skills to fight for everyone, not just the privileged. Yeh ladai hum sab ki hai - this is our collective fight.
- I advocate for gender-neutral legal advocacy, pointing out gaps in laws like Section 498A and the Domestic Violence Act, where men can be left out as victims.
- I question new laws like Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) if they seem one-sided or create loopholes that harm justice.
- Police accountability in India matters to me - I’ve stood up against police brutality and unfair procedures, like witness testimonies happening in police stations.
Standing With the Farmers & Communities
Kisan ki ladai meri ladai hai. I oppose rules that make farmers feel like tenants on their own land. I back communities like the Gurjars fighting for their heritage. Development should never destroy nature, so I also focus on environmental justice.

My Story
Log mujhe Advocate Sandeep Bhati kehte hain, par asli main toh pahadon ki shanti, dosto ki masti, aur gaon ki galiyon mein milta hoon. Courtroom mein behas meri pehchaan hai, lekin zindagi dosti aur safar mein hai. Kabhi Devprayag, kabhi Ujjain—yeh jagah sukoon deti hain. Lockdown ne sikhaya, daal-roti aur parivaar hi kaafi hai. Dost aur 'ghumakkad_mitra' ke saath sadak par Maggi—yeh hai asli maza. Main sakht nahi, bas khamoshi mein chhupa hoon.

Legal help for all, especially the unheard - Motor accident claims, farmer land rights legal help, family law matters, and public interest cases—yeh sab karta hoon.
Law as a tool for social change - Main sirf case nahi ladta, awaaz uthata hoon unke liye jinki sunwai nahi hoti.
Standing with the common man - Kisan ho, naujawan ho ya maa-baap—main unke saath hoon jo system se pareshan hain.
Nyay sabke liye - System ko sawal karna, kanoon ko aam aadmi tak pahunchana—yeh mera mission hai.
