When you're prepping for a party or a festival, you want a look that stays fresh for hours without feeling like you're wearing a heavy mask. For party makeup, I focus on breathable, medium-coverage foundations from brands like MAC and L'Oreal that let your skin breathe while still hiding imperfections. Whether it's a soft glam look for a dinner or something more dramatic for a night out, we finish it off with long-wear setting sprays so you can dance without worrying about your makeup melting off.
My goal with party and guest makeup is simple: you should look like the best version of yourself, not a different person. I see a lot of party makeup that feels too heavy, which is exactly what I avoid. Each session typically takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
We start with skin prep using reliable, long-wear products to ensure your makeup lasts through the humidity of Mumbai. If you're heading to a sangeet, an engagement, or just a festive dinner, I can tailor the intensity—whether that means a bold lip with a simple winged liner or a shimmery cut-crease eye.
Practical notes to keep in mind:
- Hair Preparation: Please arrive with your hair already washed and dried, as my studio services do not include hair washing. I focus on heat styling, pins, and setting your hair perfectly to match your outfit.
- Lash Add-ons: Depending on the look, false lashes can be included to add that extra definition.
- Skin Type: I use standard, high-quality long-wear products suitable for mixed skin types, focusing on a matte or dewy finish depending on what you prefer.
