About Commercial & Editorial Styling
How I See Styling
Fashion’s more than just clothes for me - it’s a whole language. After 20 years in this wild industry, I’ve learned that every ad, film, or magazine spread is a story waiting to be told. My job? I’m the translator, turning ideas into looks that actually say something.
What I Do
I handle everything from celebrity wardrobe curation to editorial shoot coordination. My team and I work on:
- Red carpet looks for artists like Priyanka Chopra and Sonali Kulkarni
- Full wardrobe design for film casts and ad campaigns (think Bournvita, Kalpataru Estate)
- Fashion campaign styling for shows, including international launches like Bisou Bisou
My Process
There’s a method to the madness:
- Start with the director or brand’s vision
- Source outfits and accessories from my network of designers and PR folks
- Run detailed trials and fittings with the talent
- On shoot day, I’m there making sure every detail fits the story - even the nail colour
I keep budgets transparent, breaking down styling charges and actuals for production houses. You’ll see costs for outfits, accessories, and all the logistics.
Teamwork
Styling’s never a solo gig. I work with assistants, interns, photographers, makeup artists, and PR agencies. It’s all about getting the right crew together.
What Matters Most
At the end, it’s about connection and respect. As we say, Tilgul ghya goad goad bola (Eat this sweet and speak sweetly). That’s how I like to work.

My Story
Style honestly started at home for me. My mom, total music-colour nerd, taught me how colours change your mood, like wearing yellow on a rainy day. I went to Milan, did the personal shopping thing, but for me, style is about living it—flowers, sounds, touch, everything. I’m not flawless—my weight jumps, I mess up outfits, but I work with real bodies and real feelings. Tried aerial silk lately, nearly chickened out! Still learning, always.
My Work
Wardrobe Consultant & Personal Shopper - I style for celebs, ads, film, honeymoons, and full family wardrobe management.
Wardrobe Therapy Sessions - Your closet holds memories. We declutter together, clearing emotional baggage, not just clothes.
Focal Point Styling - Forget hiding flaws. We highlight what you love—eyes, hands, whatever—and build your look around it.
Hands-On Fashion Workshops - I teach styling basics, branding, invoices, and client management. Internships are real work, not coffee runs.
Honeymoon Wardrobe Planning - I help plan fun, themed looks for honeymoons—role-play, accessories, the works. Mystery and excitement!
