About Workshops & Classes in Action
One thing you will notice in my sessions is that we do not just teach steps—we teach how to hold your partner and move with the music. Whether you are coming solo or with a partner, we use a rotational system in class, so you will get plenty of practice connecting with different dancers. It is the fastest way to get comfortable on any social floor, and honestly, it is where most of the laughter happens.
I break my workshops down by need. If you are looking to sharpen specific skills like Pachanga footwork or Salsa shines, my Intensives are designed to drill those basics until they feel natural. We focus on the 'why' behind the movement—understanding the music, the weight transfer, and the connection—so you are not just memorizing choreography, but actually learning how to dance.
For those wanting consistency, our regular batches cover everything from absolute beginner basics to advanced styling and musicality. We do not care if you have two left feet. In fact, some of our best dancers started exactly there. We keep the studio vibe high-energy and supportive, with wooden flooring that is kind to your knees and a playlist that will keep you moving.
If you are worried about showing up alone, do not be. We rotate partners in class, which helps you build adaptability—a must-have for real-world social dancing. Plus, I am big on lead and follow confidence; I push my leaders to be clear and my followers to be expressive. Whether you are training for a wedding or just want a new way to spend your weekend, there is a spot on the floor waiting for you.
