About Behind the Scenes
When you see our team in uniform, you are seeing the result of hours of hard work. I personally oversee the setup of every buffet, checking everything from the copper finish of the chafing dishes to the smooth operation of our live counters, so you can just enjoy the party without worrying about the logistics.
Catering is a lot more than just serving food. It is about the prep, the timing, and the tiny details that guests notice even if they don't say it out loud. From our base in Vile Parle, we handle the entire process from menu planning to the final cleanup. When we arrive at your venue, our team follows a strict sequence to ensure the buffet layout is clean, the live counters are fully stocked, and the service remains discreet.
We believe in showing you the reality of the hustle. Whether it is a private house party or a large society event in Mumbai, our goal is to maintain high hygiene standards while keeping the vibe relaxed. We use authentic, fresh ingredients for our North Indian, Continental, and Indo-Chinese dishes, and we take care of the equipment setup—including our signature copper-finish chafing dishes—so your event looks as good as it tastes.
