My studio is set up to minimize distractions, with specific areas designed for comfortable interactions so everyone can relax and be themselves.
My Approach to Family Photography
I treat family portraits as more than just a photo op. Whether it is a solo shot of your toddler or a full family portrait, my goal is to document your family dynamic as it is right now. I do not believe in stiff, uncomfortable posing. Instead, I provide gentle direction to help you interact naturally, ensuring we get shots that actually feel like you.
Studio Setup in Koparkhairne
My studio is designed with a bright, airy aesthetic. We use white brick walls and natural textures like rattan and macrame to keep the focus entirely on your family. This boho-chic style creates a warm backdrop that does not compete with the subjects. If you prefer a more formal look, I switch to solid backgrounds that bring a clean, timeless quality to your prints.
Planning Your Session
- Subjects: My sessions accommodate everyone from infants to older siblings.
- Wardrobe: While I provide hair accessories and props, I ask families to coordinate their own outfits for a cohesive look. I am happy to guide you on color palettes that work well with our backdrops.
- Timing: Please book in advance, especially for weekend slots. I keep sessions efficient, typically 1 to 1.5 hours, because I know how quickly kids get restless. My process is built around keeping them happy and engaged, not exhausted.
