IIM Bangalore: A Legacy Continued

For over two decades, we have been entrusted with making design interventions on this iconic campus, originally designed by master architect B.V. Doshi. Our work respects the existing architectural language while creating new structures that speak of their own time, focusing on community, scale, and integration with nature.

Our Design Process: From Sketch to Structure

Every project begins with a deep exploration of ideas, captured through sketches, diagrams, and models that define the core concept. This collection offers a look into our design journey, showing how initial thoughts on space, light, and form evolve into detailed plans and finally, the built environment.

Sustainable & Climate-Responsive Design

Our designs are deeply rooted in their context, responding to the local climate to create energy-efficient and comfortable buildings. We employ passive strategies like north-south orientation, natural ventilation, and shading, alongside active measures like radiant cooling and rainwater harvesting.

Designing for Higher Learning

We design university campuses and corporate academies that foster interaction, creativity, and a strong connection to the natural environment. Our approach involves creating a variety of learning spaces, from formal classrooms to informal breakout zones, all designed with climate-responsive and sustainable principles.

Nurturing Young Minds: School Architecture

Our designs for K-12 schools focus on creating warm, welcoming, and non-intimidating environments that support holistic education. We use human-scaled buildings, traditional elements like sloping roofs, and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces to create a campus that feels like a second home.

Architecture of Care & Serenity

We specialize in designing healthcare environments, particularly hospices, that prioritize dignity, peace, and emotional well-being. By integrating natural elements like water bodies, landscaped courtyards, and ample daylight, we create serene and compassionate spaces for patients, families, and caregivers.

Additional Works & Explorations

This collection showcases a variety of other projects, including spiritual centers, residential designs, and conceptual explorations. It reflects our continuous engagement with different typologies and our core belief in creating architecture that is thoughtful, contextual, and enriching.
