About Portraits of Love
During our sessions, we set aside time for these individual portraits because they reveal the person who makes the union complete. I look for the grace in your posture, the stillness in your expression, and the dua (prayer) in your eyes, ensuring that when you look back, you recognize your authentic self in that moment.
Why do I focus on solo portraits within a couple's shoot? It is because the strength of a relationship lies in two whole individuals choosing to walk together. A couple shoot is not just about the connection; it is about the you that exists alongside the us.
My approach to these portraits is rooted in fine-art principles. Whether we are in the misty hills of Kerala or the structured streets of a London borough, I seek out natural light and composition that allows your personality to breathe. I do not look for rigid poses. I look for the way you naturally hold your hands, the way you laugh when you are deep in thought, and the quiet confidence you carry.
We discuss the vision for these portraits during our pre-shoot styling consultation.
