It is about the bus rides to Lonavala for a tournament or the post-match huddle after a tough game in the Yuva Premier League. When you join our academy, you are not just signing up for 90-minute sessions. You are becoming part of a squad that travels, celebrates, and grows together. Our competitive teams spend weekends playing real matches across the city, where they learn that the camaraderie you build off the pitch is just as important as the goals you score on it.
Being part of Milan Football Academy means living by the motto: Kaam karte raho, haar jeet sab sath mein (keep working, wins and losses together). We believe that the biggest lessons in football do not happen during a drill. They happen when the team loses a match and has to lift each other up, or when a senior player helps a younger teammate understand a tactical shift on the field.
Where We Build Our Teams
We operate across Navi Mumbai, from turf cages in Vashi and Koparkhairane to open natural grounds in Nerul and Airoli. Whether you are training on artificial turf for speed and technical ball control, or playing 11v11 on natural earth to build endurance, the environment changes, but the goal remains the same: we build resilient athletes.
The Path to Competition
Our journey starts with grassroots training, but for those ready to push, we provide a clear pathway. Our squads participate in leagues like the MFA Yuva Premier League and the WIFA Maharashtra State League. We do not just teach you how to kick; we teach you how to prepare for trials, handle the pressure of a tournament, and respect the game.
