This is the main stage for Advay's dinosaur-themed party. I used a combination of a printed backdrop, large friendly dinosaur cutouts, and tree props to create a complete prehistoric scene for the cake-cutting ceremony.
The entrance sets the tone for the entire party. For this dinosaur theme, I created a grand entryway with a balloon arch and character cutouts to make sure guests felt like they were stepping into a different world from the moment they arrived.

Even in a busy space like a restaurant, I can create a dedicated party zone. Here, simple balloon bunches and a large T-Rex foil balloon instantly signal where the dinosaur-themed celebration is happening.

When planning a grand setup, the biggest challenge is making sure the decor feels cohesive across a large banquet hall. We use a combination of 600+ balloons, custom shimmer walls, and life-sized 3D cutouts to fill the space, ensuring the stage becomes the natural focal point for all your photos.
Our grand setups are designed to turn empty banquet halls into a focused theme experience. Whether you choose a prehistoric jungle, a galactic space adventure, or a favorite cartoon theme, we approach the venue with a clear plan. We start by mapping out an 8 to 10 foot stage area, using high-resolution printed flex or sequin wall panels as the anchor.
Lighting is a major part of this process. We position LED Par cans to wash the backdrop in specific colors, which makes the characters pop during the evening party. For the entrance, we create substantial balloon arches that signal exactly where the action is. We also include thematic prop placement throughout the hall to keep the design consistent, rather than letting the decor end at the stage. We understand that grand themes require coordination, so we handle the site visits and logistics across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, ensuring the setup is ready before the first guest walks in.
