Swimming Classes for Every Age and Skill Level
Whether you are taking your first splash as a toddler or refining your stroke at sixty, our structured programs provide a clear, measurable path to becoming a confident swimmer.
Our entire curriculum is built on 5 core training levels designed for all ages. This ensures a structured, progressive, and measurable journey for every swimmer, from absolute beginner to advanced competitor.
Level 2: Pre-Beginner. This stage focuses on increasing a child's comfort and feel for the water. We use fun activities and gentle guidance to build a positive and confident foundation for their swimming journey.
Level 3: Beginner. Once a swimmer is comfortable in the water, we introduce them to the fundamentals of freestyle and backstroke. This level focuses on proper body position, kicking, and basic arm movements.
Level 4: Advanced Beginner. Here, we work on increasing strength, stamina, and the ability to swim multiple lengths of the pool. Swimmers refine their freestyle and backstroke techniques and build endurance.
Level 5: Intermediate. This is our highest level for nurturing strong swimmers. We focus on mastering all four competitive strokes, improving efficiency, and building the stamina required for advanced swimming.
Teaching independence in the water starts early. This video shows our youngest swimmers learning to be comfortable and self-reliant in the pool, a key life skill that builds confidence both in and out of the water.
It's never too late to learn. We celebrate Indira, who at 62, completed our beginner level and is now advancing to the next stage. Her journey is a powerful reminder that age is just a number when it comes to learning.
Another inspiring story of progress. Manisha, at 60, has been promoted from the Intermediate to the Pre-Competitive level. Her dedication shows that with the right training, you can continue to achieve new milestones at any age.
This video demonstrates the "bottle drill," a simple yet effective exercise we use to teach balance and a steady head position during backstroke. It shows the journey from Day 1 to Day 30, highlighting clear and measurable progress.
A quick look at our young swimmers in action, getting ready and practicing their strokes. This video captures the focus and determination we nurture in every class, helping swimmers grow stronger and more confident.
About Programs for Every Age & Skill Level
We follow a no-touch teaching method, meaning our coaches guide you through verbal cues and visual demonstrations rather than physical handling. This helps you build genuine water independence, giving you more confidence as you progress through our structured five-level system.
Our Progressive Curriculum
We don't just teach you how to float; we provide a measurable path to water safety and skill mastery. Every student follows a clear curriculum split into five core levels:
- Levels 2–5: Designed to take you from basic water comfort to full stroke mastery, including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
- Infant Programs: Our 'Get Wet' sessions focus on breath control, buoyancy, and sensory play for children aged 6 months to 3 years, with mandatory parent participation.
- Competitive Squad: For swimmers ready to race, we offer high-intensity training that includes dry-land drills, endurance work, and race simulations.
Why Our Approach Works
- Small Batches: We maintain a strict 1:6 coach-to-student ratio. This ensures you get the personal feedback needed to correct your body position and breathing.
- Safety Standards: Every session is supported by dedicated lifeguards on deck, keeping them separate from the coaching staff so they remain focused solely on pool surveillance.
- Temperature-Controlled Pools: We operate year-round. Our water is maintained between 28°C and 31°C, ensuring you never have to skip sessions due to cold weather or monsoon chills.
- Measurable Progress: You receive consistent updates and certifications upon completing each level. Whether you are 6 months or 60 years old, your journey is tracked and celebrated, not just observed.
