A moment of promise, captured in couture. The bride's heavily sequined lehenga and the groom's black velvet sherwani with detailed embroidery are designed to be a perfect pair for their engagement ceremony.
This portrait showcases the synergy between the couple's outfits. Her shimmering lehenga with 3D floral work is balanced by his classic sherwani, featuring subtle yet luxurious embroidery on the collar and shoulder.
A glimpse into a timeless promise, where my bride and groom are coordinated in classic red and ivory. Her red lehenga is rich with heritage craftsmanship, while his sherwani complements her with elegant simplicity.
A coordinated couple on the runway. The bride's golden lehenga with zardosi work pairs beautifully with the groom's gold raw silk sherwani, creating a look of unified luxury.
Modern geometry meets timeless tradition in this couple's ensemble. Her gold lehenga with geometric patterns is matched by his sherwani, which features similar motifs for a cohesive and contemporary look.
This couple's attire showcases a softer palette. The bride's multi-color floral lehenga is complemented by the groom's gold sherwani, creating a look that is both elegant and fresh.
An ethereal vision in off-white. The bride's lehenga and groom's sherwani are both adorned with exquisite floral multi-color embellishments, perfect for a day wedding or reception.
About this collection
When we design for a couple, we avoid the mistake of making everything identical. Instead, we focus on balancing the visual weight, ensuring that if the bride is in heavy zardozi, the groom's sherwani reflects those same motifs in a way that feels purposeful rather than costume-like.
Designing for a couple is a practice in finding synergy. It is not just about choosing the same color palette, though that is a starting point. We look at the interplay between the bridal lehenga and the groom's sherwani to ensure they speak the same visual language.
If the bride chooses a heavy velvet lehenga with gold embroidery, we suggest a raw silk sherwani for the groom that incorporates similar gold threadwork or identical border patterns. This connects the two looks without requiring them to be carbon copies. We often use the same fabric accents, such as a matching silk pocket square or a dupatta for the groom that mimics the bride's fabric, to create that invisible thread of connection.
Our studio in Commercial Street, Bengaluru, is where we bring these stories to life. We guide you through the process of selecting base fabrics, whether it is organza for a summer wedding or rich, heavy silk for a winter event, and then layer on the details. From 3D floral appliqués to geometric zardozi patterns, we ensure that both outfits carry the same artistic DNA. It is about creating a sense of balance so that when you stand together, your ensembles look like they were meant to exist as one.
