My Makeup & Styling Portfolio
I create these looks on myself to experiment with new techniques, hair, and saree draping styles. It's how I refine my craft before I step into your home to get you ready.
A self-makeup look for a photoshoot. I created a soft glam eye with flowing curls to capture a dreamy, cinematic feel in an open field.
A close-up of the eye makeup from my self-styled photoshoot. I blended warm, rosy tones to create a soft, romantic look that complements the outdoor lighting.
A full seated pose from my self-makeup shoot, showing how the makeup, hair, and modern saree drape come together for a complete look.
Another close-up focusing on the soft, blended eyeshadow and natural-looking skin finish. I believe makeup should enhance, not mask.
This shot highlights the details of the makeup and jewelry. Creating these looks on myself helps me refine my skills for my clients.
A full-length standing shot from my portfolio photoshoot, showcasing the flow of the saree and the overall styling.
A short video reel of a traditional Maharashtrian look I created on myself. This features classic makeup with a 'nath', traditional jewelry, and a silk saree.
A glimpse from my outdoor photoshoot. Doing these self-makeovers helps me understand how different looks appear on camera and in motion.
About My Makeup & Styling Portfolio
Doing my own makeup and styling for shoots isn't just about photos. It helps me test how different products and techniques hold up in real-world lighting and movement. When I'm in your chair, I use what I've learned here—whether it's getting a perfect soft-glam eye or ensuring your Nauvari saree drape stays secure—so you can feel completely comfortable.
Every look you see in this portfolio is a project I took on to challenge my skills. From trying out traditional Maharashtrian aesthetics to modern soft-glam, I use these sessions to understand how makeup moves, catches light, and interacts with different fabrics.
Why this matters for you
When you hire me for your wedding or special event, you aren't getting someone who just follows a standard checklist. You get an artist who understands the practical side of styling:
- Draping that lasts: I practice my saree draping—especially complex Nauvari and Paithani styles—to make sure you can move freely without worrying about your pleats or pallu slipping.
- Real-world makeup: My makeup is tested for humidity and long hours, which is vital for events in Mumbai and Malvan. I focus on a natural, dewy finish that looks as good in person as it does in your photos.
- Versatility: Whether you want a traditional look with a nath and gajra or a light, fresh face for a pre-wedding event, I have the hands-on experience to achieve it.
I treat every client's event as my own, using the same precision and care I use when creating these looks on myself. If you are looking for a makeup artist who values comfort as much as aesthetics, let's talk about what we can create for your big day.
