About Family & Sibling Celebrations
Getting older siblings to cooperate can be the most challenging part of a photoshoot. I design these sessions around play and short, engaging activities rather than forced posing, ensuring your children stay happy while we capture those genuine, loving interactions between them and the new baby.
Whether you are planning a maternity session that includes your partner and kids, or a newborn shoot focused on the sibling bond, my approach remains the same. I focus on creating a comfortable environment where children do not feel pressured to sit still for long periods.
My studio in Gurugram is set up to accommodate families. I provide:
- Props and themes suitable for children, including classic setups and creative options.
- Guidance on coordinating outfits so your family looks cohesive without feeling like uniforms.
- Flexible timing to work around your child's nap or snack schedule.
For sessions with younger siblings, we start with the shots involving the kids first. This lets them be free to play in the studio or relax once their part is done. If you prefer, we can also conduct these sessions at your home, which often helps children feel more at ease in a familiar space.
Partners and older children are always welcome at no extra cost. We will discuss your preferences beforehand, including whether you want traditional setups or more modern, minimalist looks. My aim is to deliver images that look like real, happy family moments, not rigid portraits.
