About Commercial Architecture & Interior Design
How We See Commercial Spaces
For us, every commercial project is more than just plans and walls. I look for stories, values, and local symbols that can shape a space. The goal is to build something that’s functional, sure, but also has a vibe people remember. I love working with materials in a way that feels open and honest - nothing fake, nothing forced.
What We’ve Done
- Boutique hotels and resorts: I always try to root them in their natural and cultural setting. That spa resort in Manali? I mixed steel and glass to reflect the mountains, but used bits of Kathkuni style (that old-school wood and stone method) so it feels like it belongs there, not just dropped in. In Kashmir, I’m playing with Dhajji Dewari (timber frames) to create something modern but tough, so it’ll last in the local weather.
- Fine-dining restaurants: I want the interiors to match the food. So for an Italian place in Gurugram, I went for exposed concrete and steel to get that moody, industrial look. The kitchen is open, so cooking becomes part of the whole scene.
- High-end retail: I love sculpting the store itself as part of the brand. For a couture label, I carved out a cave-like space using concrete and mirrors, so the clothes almost glow in there.
Our Style
I let the materials do the talking. Exposed concrete shapes light and shadow. Steel and glass open things up and let the outdoors in. Timber and stone keep things grounded and local.
How We Work
I don’t rush. I start with sketches, dig into research, then move to digital models and real-life prototypes. That’s how I know every detail works, from the first idea to the finished building. If you care about contextual commercial building design and spaces that actually feel alive, I get it. So do I.

My Story
We’re always searching, never settling. Sometimes we pack our bags and head off to places like Granada or Fatehpur Sikri, not for the monuments but for the vibe, the way old builders made values real. Awards are nice—Peter Zumthor handing one over was wild—but the real thrill is seeing raw concrete catch sunlight, or a wall in Kashmir using Dhajji Dewari (timber-laced stonework) in a new way. Every project’s a chat with the land and its story.
My Work
Architecture & Interiors for Homes, Villas, Resorts, and Stores - We design everything from exposed concrete interiors to sculptural resort architecture, plus urban planning.
Context-Sensitive Approach - Our thing is blending brutalist villa design with local heritage, always chasing timeless forms.
Raw Materials & Bold Forms - Big on concrete, steel, timber. Love the play of light and shadow, solid and void.
Hands-On Process - We’re on site, working with both modern precast construction and old-school techniques like Dhajji Dewari reinterpretation.
Inspired by Art and Travel - We draw from sculpture, travels, and architectural masters to shape spaces that feel alive.
