About Practical Self-Defense Techniques
It isn't about looking good or flashy kicks. When I teach self-defense, we focus on raw mechanics—how to break a headlock or escape a collar grab using leverage and timing. You practice these moves until your body reacts automatically because in a real situation, you will not have time to think.
In a real-world scenario, you do not fight to win a medal; you fight to escape. My training focuses on neutralizing the threat immediately so you can get to safety. We start with the basics: maintaining your balance and creating space the second you are grabbed. You will learn to use your body weight to break holds, not just relying on brute strength.
We drill common street scenarios constantly, including collar grabs, headlocks, and wrist holds. My students practice these under pressure so they do not freeze up when things get intense. We also emphasize awareness and de-escalation because the best fight is the one you completely avoid.
Whether you join my group sessions at Fitblaze or choose 1-on-1 home training, the intensity remains the same. You will sweat, you will learn, and when you finally get the technique right, you will hear me shouting, 'Bahut badhiya!'
