Birthday and Home Function Planning in Bengaluru
Balloon themes, a surprise for a mother and fresh-flower housewarming details from our events.
Watch as one of our happy clients shares their experience with our services for their son's first birthday party. We handled the complete decoration, from the colorful balloon arch to the custom light-up name, and also arranged for candid photography to capture these precious moments.
We created this welcoming setup for a Gruhapravesha ceremony, featuring a custom welcome banner for the family. The arrangement includes a brass Ganesha idol with a fresh flower garland and traditional brass urlis filled with floral bouquets to create an auspicious atmosphere.
This video showcases a modern and elegant birthday party theme. We created a sophisticated look using a palette of gold, white, and olive green balloons, a custom arched backdrop with the birthday person's name, and dried pampas grass for a touch of texture.
For this housewarming event, we constructed a grand entrance arch using traditional elements like woven banana leaves and fresh flower garlands. This type of large-scale decoration creates an impressive welcome for guests arriving at the celebration.
Nothing makes us happier than a satisfied client. Here is a family sharing their feedback in Kannada after we planned their daughter's birthday party, including the purple and white balloon decor and photography services.
We can transform any space, even your living room, for an intimate celebration. This video shows how we created a beautiful surprise birthday setup for a mother at home, using a ring backdrop, elegant drapery, fairy lights, and marquee letters.
About Featured
Our birthday setups include gold, white and olive green balloons, themed backdrops and light-up names. For home ceremonies, we have used Ganesha welcome arrangements, brass urlis and fresh flowers.
Small-to-mid-size celebrations
We focus on birthdays, small home functions and balloon themes. Small Haldi or mini Sangeet functions in a party hall, we can manage. We do not take wedding decor or large gruhapravesham decor right now.
Starting budgets and transport
Balloon decor starts at ₹3,000 within 5 km of Ramamurthy Nagar. Beyond that, distance-based transport is extra. On larger orders we check the chosen decor and may include transport. Fresh-flower decor needs ₹20,000 or more. Smaller gruhapravesham needs a budget above ₹20,000. Individual setups require a quote.
Decor and photography
We can quote both together using our own crew. The bundle is quote-only. Photography starts at ₹3,000, with the scope decided for each requirement, not fixed packages.
We take 50% advance. Balloon balance is due after the event on the same day. Flower balance is due before the event begins. Photography and videography balance is due when the video is delivered.
