Whether you want a regal Punjabi bride aesthetic or a soft North Indian engagement look, I bring the right techniques to match your outfit and your vibe.

A stunning Punjabi look featuring a rich purple velvet outfit. The makeup includes dramatic smokey eyes and is paired with heavy traditional jewelry.

A soft and pretty engagement look for a North Indian bride. The peach-toned saree is complemented by simple jewelry and natural, glowing makeup.

A beautiful smile from my client in her Punjabi bridal attire. The makeup is flawless, and her eyes are highlighted to make them pop.

A close-up of the detailed eye makeup and heavy Kundan jewelry for this Punjabi look. The combination creates a regal and timeless effect.

Another angle of the royal Punjabi look, showing the intricate embroidery on the velvet dupatta and the perfectly coordinated makeup.

The complete look, including the traditional red and white chooda bangles, which are an essential part of a Punjabi bride's attire.

A final portrait of the gorgeous Punjabi look. The client looks confident and beautiful, ready for her big day.

A proud moment for me and my model, who placed in the top 30 of a makeup competition with this look. It's a testament to teamwork and artistry.

About North Indian & Punjabi Styles

Creating a North Indian or Punjabi look is all about managing the drama, from deep smokey eyes to the weight of your heavy velvet dupatta. I focus on blending your traditional Kundan jewelry with a makeup intensity that complements your face, ensuring you look regal, not overdone. It is about making sure every detail, from the placement of your chooda to the angle of your maang tikka, works perfectly for those close-up shots.

North Indian and Punjabi bridal styling requires a completely different approach than a standard look. When you are wearing heavy embroidery, velvet, or silk, your makeup needs to hold its own without looking cakey.

My Approach to the Punjabi Bride

  • Base Mastery: I use HD foundation and careful color correction so your skin looks flawless under stage lights and camera flash. We work on your skin prep to ensure the base lasts through long rituals, sweating, and humidity.
  • Eyes & Jewelry: Punjabi looks often feature bold, smokey eyes or cut-crease techniques. Since you will likely wear heavy Kundan or Polki sets, I balance this by ensuring the eye makeup is defined enough to pop against the gold tones, rather than getting lost.
  • Dupatta & Hair Styling: A big part of this look is the head-set. I use hair padding and donuts to create volume, which provides a solid base to pin your heavy dupatta. This keeps it secure for hours, so you are not constantly adjusting it while trying to enjoy your wedding.

Whether it is a vibrant Sangeet or the main wedding, I make sure the look is cohesive. We can go for classic bold lips or a softer glam style, depending on your personality. Aaplya kamachi tariff (the appreciation of my work) is my biggest motivation, and I am here to make sure you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin throughout your celebration.
