Our Large-Scale Process

• Site Prep: For large plots, the existing ground is often uneven or filled with tough weeds. We use manual slashers and specific herbicides to clear the ground right down to the base.
• Soil Foundation: A great lawn needs a solid foundation. We import and spread 2-3 inches of fertile red soil, mixed with organic compost, to ensure the grass roots take hold and stay healthy even in our hot summers.
• Installation: Depending on the sunlight the area gets, we install Bermuda (for full sun) or Mexican grass. For high-traffic areas like schools, we ensure tight, staggered joints to prevent gaps.
• Drainage: Large spaces are prone to waterlogging if not leveled right. Our grading process ensures water flows away from buildings, keeping your grounds safe and dry.
