My Approach to Elephant Photography
Photography for me is about showing the elephant as an integral part of its ecosystem. You will notice that many of these shots are not tight face-only frames, but habitat images that give you a sense of scale.
I capture these giants across India's premier reserves. The Kabini backwaters offer a unique, moody atmosphere perfect for family interactions, while the Ramganga River in Jim Corbett provides that majestic, sunrise-lit backdrop for lone tuskers.
