What Drives Me

"Ek achha vakeel wahi hain jo apne client ko har kimat par relief dilaye" (A good lawyer is one who gets relief for his client at any cost). That’s how I see my work. Family law isn’t just paperwork and court dates - it’s about helping people get through the messiest, most emotional times.

What I Handle

• Divorce cases, both mutual and contested. I know the mutual divorce process in Delhi can get confusing, so I break it down step by step.
• Marital disputes, dowry harassment (Section 498A legal help), and domestic cruelty. Most cases start at the CAW Cell, and I guide you from the first complaint to the last hearing.
• Advice on marriage laws, especially tricky stuff like bigamy law advice. If you’re worried about second marriage complications, I’ll tell you straight what the law says.

How I Work

Some fights need to go all the way in court. I’m always ready for that, whether it’s Rohini, Karkardooma, Tis Hazari, or Delhi High Court family cases. But not every battle needs to drag on. I also push for settlements in National Lok Adalat for family disputes, because sometimes peace is worth more than a win.

My Approach

I’m a first-generation lawyer, so I know what it means to hustle. I don’t sugarcoat things, but I don’t give up either. If you’re stuck in a family mess, I’ll help you find a way out. Court ke chakkar (rounds of the court) are my daily routine, so you don’t have to get lost in the system.
