I stick to this, because when you’re stuck in a criminal case, you need someone who’s not just present but actually fighting for you. I know the stress, the confusion, and the fear that comes with criminal charges. My only focus is to get you relief, whatever it takes.

How I Work for You

• Bail is usually the first thing on your mind. I’ve handled bail application process in High Court and Session Courts, including tricky ones under the Juvenile Justice Act.
• I don’t just show up in court. I build your defense from the ground up - challenging FIR in court if the police have messed up, and making sure you’re not stuck with wrong charges.
• I’ve worked on cases from CAW Cell matters to bigamy, and I know how to handle forensic evidence, working closely with FSL when needed.
• If the police aren’t listening, I file under Section 156(3) CrPC to get your FIR registered and the investigation moving.
• Not every case needs a fight till the end. For compoundable offenses settlement, I help clients find middle ground in National Lok Adalat.

What You Don’t See

I’m a first-generation lawyer. Court ke chakkar to rojana lag hi rahe h. But behind every argument is hours of research, flipping through law books, and keeping up with new laws like BNSS. You’ll find me in Rohini, Karkardooma, Tis Hazari, Rouse Avenue, and Delhi High Court almost every day.
