About Behind the Scenes
It is not just about the final look. Behind every 'glass skin' finish you see, there is a systematic hour of skin prep and precise color correction. I work methodically because I know a calm, organized bridal room sets the tone for your entire day.
My approach to bridal makeup is heavily influenced by my engineering background. I treat every session like a project with clear milestones: skin analysis, prep, color correction, and application. This structure ensures that your makeup is not just beautiful, but durable enough to handle Bangalore’s weather and the emotional intensity of your wedding rituals.
The 'Glass Skin' Workflow
Clients often ask how I achieve a dewy, glowing finish that does not look oily or cakey. The secret is the layering technique. I use specific pore-filling primers from Nars and Charlotte Tilbury to create a smooth base before the foundation even touches your skin. This prep work is essential for HD photography, where any texture becomes magnified.
Handling the Heat
Fire rituals, bright stage lighting, and long ceremonies require more than just standard products. I use sweat-resistant sealers and Huda Beauty setting powders to lock everything in. For South Indian weddings involving heavy temple jewelry and silk sarees, my priority is ensuring the hair and makeup remain secure without feeling heavy or tight.
Creating a Calm Space
I am not just there to apply makeup. My job includes managing the timeline so you are not rushing at the last minute. Whether I am weaving fresh jasmine into a Poola Jada or setting a veil for a Christian wedding, I work quietly and efficiently to keep the energy in the room relaxed. If you have specific skin concerns or are worried about long-wear coverage, let's discuss your requirements during your trial session.
