The biggest challenge with cocktail and evening makeup is making sure your look stays fresh through hours of humidity, dancing, and camera flashes. I focus heavily on long-wear techniques—using specific setting sprays like Urban Decay All Nighter and locking in your base—so your makeup doesn't budge or crease by the end of the night.
When you are prepping for a cocktail party, reception, or sangeet, the lighting is often different from a daytime ceremony. That is why I love playing with bolder elements like intense smokey eyes, precise cut creases, and high-shine glitter pigments.
My evening glam process isn't just about applying product; it is about balance. If we go for a bold, dark eye, I ensure the skin remains glowing and fresh, not heavy or cakey. I use premium, high-definition foundations from brands like NARS and Huda Beauty to ensure your complexion looks smooth and radiant under evening lights.
