For this traditional Iyengar bridal concept, I created a look that highlights the rich heritage. The makeup features warm, golden tones on the eyes and a classic lip, designed to complement the temple jewellery and silk saree.

This Iyengar bridal look features the traditional 'kondai' hairstyle and authentic temple jewellery. My makeup artistry focuses on creating a divine look, reminiscent of the goddess Andal, which is central to this beautiful ceremony.

When I work on a bride, my goal is to ensure you look like yourself, just amplified. Whether it is a traditional South Indian Muhurtham or a Maharashtrian ceremony, I respect the cultural nuances while using modern, 4K-ready techniques. I don't believe in hiding your features behind layers of cakey product. Instead, I use high-end, pro-grade products that sit well on your skin and allow your natural glow to come through.
What Goes into Your Bridal Look
- Skin Prep & Longevity: I prioritize hydration and color correction. My base application is designed to withstand the humidity and long hours of a ceremony, ensuring you stay fresh from the first ritual to the final photo.
- Jewellery & Drape Support: If you are wearing heavy temple jewellery or need a specific saree drape, I am right there to secure it. I use invisible threads and double-sided tape for headpieces like Matha Pattis and nose rings, so they stay in place no matter how much you move.
- Lighting Adaptation: I understand how studio lights or bright outdoor sun can wash out makeup. I adjust my contouring and highlighting levels to ensure your features retain dimension and look sharp in every single frame.
